GetKraken is provided by Matrix26 LLC. Your use of the app is governed by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, together with the notes below.

A focus timer

GetKraken helps you focus in timed sessions with breaks. Use your own judgment about how long to work and when to rest, and take breaks whenever you need to.

Seaweed, treasures, and other things in the game

Seaweed, treasures, junk, chests, trophies, and everything else you earn or unlock in GetKraken are part of the game. They have no cash value, can't be exchanged for money, and aren't your property; you have permission to use them in the app. We may change how they're earned or what they do as the game improves. Treasures can't be bought.

Purchases

If GetKraken offers in-app purchases, they are sold and billed by Apple through your Apple Account, under Apple's terms. Any subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; you can manage or cancel it in your iPhone's Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple.

Timers and notifications depend on your device

Timers, notifications, and sounds rely on your device's settings, battery, and operating system. They can be delayed or silenced, for example if notifications are turned off, Focus is on, the phone is off, or the app is removed.

Keep your own backup

GetKraken has no account, so your progress lives on your device. If the app is deleted or the phone is lost, your progress can't be recovered unless you've made a backup (Settings → Keep your treasures safe).
