My reminder didn't ring

• In Remembell, go to Settings → Check that reminders work and tap Send me a test reminder.
• If it says reminders are off, tap Turn reminders on, then turn on Allow Notifications.
• If your phone is often on silent, choose How reminders ring → Like an alarm clock (iOS 26 and later).
• Open Remembell at least once every few days so your reminders stay up to date.

I tapped "I took it" by mistake

On the Today screen, tap the medicine and tap Undo. Or wait for the double-check and answer No, not yet.

Keep track of how a medicine makes you feel

Tap Medicines, tap the medicine, then tap How is it making me feel? When you add a new medicine and say you just started it, Remembell asks a few times in the first two weeks, and once a month it checks in on all your medicines. Choose Not good and Remembell offers to add it to your questions for the doctor and remind you.

Show your doctor everything

Tap Record → Show my doctor everything for one page with your bad reactions and allergies, what you take and how well you've taken it, how each medicine makes you feel, your questions, and past medicines. Tap Print or Send to share it.

Stopped a medicine?

Open it and tap I stopped taking this. It moves to Past medicines with its record and your notes — so if a doctor ever suggests it again, you'll know how it went last time.

Change a time or dose

Tap Medicines, tap the medicine, then tap Change next to what you want to change. Tap Save changes.

Make the words bigger

Tap Settings → Text size and choose Larger or Huge, or slide to any size you like.

Use Siri

No setup needed. Say: "Hey Siri, did I take my medicine in Remembell?", "Hey Siri, I took my medicine in Remembell", or "Hey Siri, what's my next medicine in Remembell?"

Add Remembell to your Home Screen or Lock Screen

Touch and hold an empty spot on your Home Screen, tap Edit → Add Widget, search for Remembell, and choose a size. It shows your next medicine — or "All done today!"

Moving to a new iPhone

Remembell is included in your iPhone's iCloud Backup. Set up your new phone from that backup and your medicines come with you. To be extra safe, print your Medicine List first.

Tips for families

• Set it up together, on their phone, and let them choose the text size.
• Add yourself under Family and turn on Offer to text them.
• Turn on Count my pills so refills are never a surprise.
