Remembell is provided by Matrix26 LLC ("Matrix26", "we", "us"). Your use of the app is governed by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, together with the notes below.

A reminder tool — not medical advice

Remembell helps you remember things you've chosen to be reminded about. It is not a medical device, does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and does not check doses, interactions, or allergies. Always follow the directions of your doctor and pharmacist. Never change how you take a medicine because of something in the app without asking them first. In an emergency, call 911.

Your notes are your own

Notes about how a medicine makes you feel, reactions, allergies and questions are written by you and stay on your device. Remembell doesn't check, interpret or verify them, and they aren't a medical record or diagnosis. Share them with your doctor or pharmacist — and if anything feels severe or like an emergency, call 911.

Reminders depend on your device

Reminders rely on your device's settings, power, and operating system. Notifications or alarms can be delayed or silenced — for example if notifications are turned off, the phone is off or out of battery, or the app is removed. Please keep a backup plan for medicines where missing a dose would be serious.
